At blooming, I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive evidence-based space for clients to explore their own knowledge, deepen understanding and overcome challenges to make their pregnancy journey (and beyond!) an absolute joy!
As an experienced counsellor, registered midwife, and an ex-teacher and UK college and university lecturer, I specialise in helping clients navigate the amazing, transformative and sometimes overwhelming transition into their new family life.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. I work with clients to identify their goals and develop a personalised plan that incorporates a variety of techniques. As well as pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal education classes, clients may access group and individual sessions, workshops, education classes, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural therapy strategies, and solution-focused talk therapy.
